meda 500 gram
Aalu 4 pcs.
Pyaj 1 pcs
Hri mirch 2 pcs
Sabut dhniya 1/4 spoon
Black pepper 2-4 pcs
(kali mirch)
KAJU 10 gram
Jira 1/4 spoon
Oregano 1 spoon
Cheese 100 gram
Lal mirch powder 1/2 spoon
Salt(namak) Swadanusar
Vidhi:-
Sabse pahle hume meda me ajwain milate huye pani ki kum matra rkhte huye thoda gada sa meda ka dough(loi) bna lena he.iske pshchat hume ek kdahi gas per thodi madyam aanch per rkhni he or samagri me btaye anusar sabse pahle kdahi me 1 spoon oil dalna he,ab hulka sa oil garam hone per jira,sabut dhniya ko bhunte huye pyaj,hri mirch,kaju aadhi ko bhi bhun lena he,ab isme sare msale black pepper(kali mirch),lal mirch powder,Salt(namak)Swadanusar,Aalu(mtha huaa) ki sabji jese bna lenge or ish sabji ko thnda hone denge, ab hum kdahi me 2 cup oil dalker gas ki madaym aanch per ishe garam hone ke liye rkh denge,ab meda ke loi bnate huye iski pudi bna lenge or ishme jo humne aalu ki sabji bnai thi wo or cheese thoda sa bher ker gol batinuma aakar me bnaker ab ishe garam oil hone per tal (frai) lenge,ab in tali (frai) huyi batiyo ko ek bowl me nikal ker ishper uper se oregano dalker aap ish
